Johnson & Johnson is one of the three vaccines available for use in the United States, and the great part about it is that it only requires one dose, unlike Pfizer and Moderna, which require two doses.
As Johnson & Johnson is the newest vaccine to be authorized in our country, we’re still learning a lot about it. However, the news might not be so great, since there have been reported six cases of the rare blood-clotting disorder.
All six cases have been found in women aged between 18 and 48, and sadly, one of them lost her life while the others are still critically ill. Until now, more than seven million people received the Jenssen vaccine in the United States, while other 10 million doses have been shipped to our country, as data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has shown.
