Vitamin A is one of the three vitamins that could help you in battling COVID-19. According to researchers from the University of Bristol, vitamin A has been proven to impact COVID’s spike protein, lowering the chances of infecting an individual exposed to the coronavirus.

The largest quantities of vitamin A can be found in carrots, pumpkin, spinach, sweet potatoes, beef liver, and others. Therefore, you could keep COVID at bay by simply including these foods in your day-to-day meals, and the good part is, they’re also delicious.
