When Katia Apalategui’s father passed away, she missed him so much, that she would often sniff the pillowcase he used before he died to remind herself of him. This thing gave her a weird idea: she decided to create a perfume that smelt just like a corpse.
She collaborated with a chemist from the University of Le Havre in France, named Geraldine Savary, who helped her create the perfume she imagined. If you want to buy something like this, you can find it on the market and it costs $600.
