The sleep-wake cycle is one of the several essential circadian rhythms that are part of the body’s internal clock, with a vital role in carrying out important functions and processes. We know that the human body requires between 7 and 9 hours of sleep so that it can repair itself and come out brand new in the morning.

We know that most people dream during their sleep, sometimes remembering their dreams in the morning, something completely forgetting them.
