Leopard frog

Only five sites in Arizona have spotted Ramsey Canyon leopard frogs, including backyard ponds. Native to the Huachuca Mountains of Arizona, current Ramsey Canyon leopard frog populations were found at only five sites, including backyard ponds. Being habitat generalists these amphibians can thrive in pine-oak, oak woodland, and semi-desert grassland habitats in aquatic areas.
