We’re good long-distance runners.
Even though we’re definitely not the biggest, strongest, or even fastest creatures out there, we’re doing a very good job at something that most creatures are not able to do: long-distance running.
And we need to thank our long legs, upright posture, and the ability to sweat for this particular quality we have. Our bodies are amazing, they’re capable of things you couldn’t even imagine.
In fact, our ancestors used to hunt their prey by running very long distances, until the animals literally died of exhaustion. This amazing and unique technique helped early humans survive and thrive, and helped them improve their hunting skills.
