If you’ve received the Jenssen shot, you need to stay calm.
According to Anthony Fauci, the most important thing you can do if you’ve received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is to remain calm, as he mentioned during a White House press briefing that took place on April 13.
Dr. Fauci also discussed the decision of pausing the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine administration, and he was asked what advice he has for those who’ve already received their Jenssen shot.
“If someone recently [received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine], within days, I would tell them to just, first of all, don’t get an anxiety reaction,” he said. Even though severe blood clotting cases can still appear, people need to understand that it’s a rare incident that happened less than one in a million.
