Unfortunately, a significant percentage of infected patients could become long-haulers.
According to Collins, this is very frightening when you take a moment to think about it. Almost 30 million people in the United States have tested positive for COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic. Even if only 1 percent of them would have long-COVID, that would still be a lot of people, Collins continued saying.
The bad news is that the percentage for long-COVID is much higher than 1 percent. A study conducted by The BMJ last year discovered that more than 10 percent of COVID infected patients could become long-haulers. The numbers are indeed very concerning.

What is never mentioned is what the covid-19 vaccine shots can trigger- a host of problems like chronic fatigue syndrome.
Says who?
Are things like hydroxychloroquin being used? Trump came back from it very well, and at his age.
Trump got all the latest drugs available. Unfortunately, they are not available to all of us. Hydroxychloroquin had nothing to do with his recovery.
And that’s a mild one.
Forever!
Wow!
What lasts forever?
The Moderna second shot triggered RA for me. Severe pain, stiffness and lack of strength in shoulders as a result. Never had any symptoms prior to vaccination. It’s been 3.5 months and still no relief unless I use steroids daily (which I won’t do).
My husband has had swallowing problems for 8 months post Covid.
