Gavin Newsom California’s governor shared on Twitter that there is no need for CA’s residents to panic, but they need to protect themselves. That means they should get vaccinated as soon as possible and they must wear face masks indoors.
The patient from Northern California who is infected with the omicron variant didn’t have the chance to receive the booster shot because they were not at least six months out from the second dose of the vaccine.

Despite omicron, Newsom and local officials in San Francisco said that they don’t expect to impose new limits on residents. However, given the fact that this variant can spread even faster, we have no idea what is going to happen, but we know that omicron is spreading rapidly in the following states:

  1. This article was written pretty much “in conformity with CDC guidelines and policies. How nice… The CDC has been wrong about everything from the beginning. The vaccine doesn’t work. Masks don’t work. And, social distancing hasn’t worked. So, what’s the option. We have to live with Covid. It will kill some. So does the common flu and other diseases. Get used to it. Don’t worry about it. Live you life and forget what the government tells you to do. They only want to control.

  2. After reading this article, you should change the name Science Today to False information today. Omicron is not more dangerous than previous variants and boosters and vaccines have been ineffective to this latest variant. Stop spreading lies. Post the article UF scientists just discovered in treating covid with benedryl and milk. Early treatment is best. Natural immunity is best.

  3. As a physician I would love to comment but I’m afraid of sanctions, censorship, suspension/taking my medical licenses or having my colleges remove my board certifications for saying anything negative about the vax. Guess you should be asking why as patients….
