9. Height
The probability for a kid to inherit their father’s height increases if the father is himself a tall guy. Unfortunately, the opposite is true when it comes to the mother. This means that the child has a greater probability of reaching the same height as her if the mother is short.
10. Teeth
Like many other physical characteristics, tooth structure is passed on from the father to the child. Some research suggests that the spacing between teeth is determined by a single gene. For instance, if the father has a cleft palate, it’s more likely that his child will be born with a cleft palate too.
11. Lips
The father’s genes have an important part in determining the shape of the baby’s lips. This is such an intriguing fact if you ask us. If both the mother and father have full lips, the child is more likely to be born with this feature too. As you can already tell, the same thing goes with thin lips.
