Now onto the CONS

1. Privacy and Security

By using technology, you are connected to the whole world, which means, by default, that the whole word is connected to you. There are ways that companies can “spy” on people by using technology, in order to make their services better. Make sure to read the terms and conditions before you accept the cookies when surfing on the Internet, don’t mind the suggestions they give you, and you’ll be just fine.

2. Self-Diagnose

Having access to that much information can actually make things harder, sometimes. That’s because we tend to believe a lot of the things that we see. For example, if you have a headache and you start reading about it from different Internet sources, you might end up with a self-diagnose, which is not good.

Don’t forget that these information are simply guidelines and they shouldn’t replace a real doctor!

3. Less Active Lifestyle

By having everything on our fingertips, we tend to get lazy and resolve every issue we have by just using a laptop or a smartphone while we lay on the couch. Technology is great, but don’t forget to go out, be in nature and live your normal life and not be just in front of your screen!

TAKEAWAY

Everything in life should be done with moderation, either it’s using technology or something else! As long as you don’t exaggerate with something, there is no harm!

Technology is amazing, but we still need to be careful, because there are a lot of things we don’t know anything about! What do you think? It technology great or not so? Tell us in the comments down below!
