The US Government’s Weather Manipulation
It’s funny how all conspiracy theories are related to the US government, and it’s even scarier that many of them have proven to be legit. The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, also known as HAARP, was created in 1993, by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the US military, and the University of Alaska.
The mysterious project has contributed to a lot of speculation and many conspiracy theories, including the concept of giant transmitters powerful enough to create tsunamis and satellites that could create earthquakes in a matter of seconds.

However, it was discovered that even years before the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, there actually was a documented weather manipulation project (also known as Popeye) that took place during the Vietnam War.
In this five-year-long operation, the Us government used a very famous technique in order to increase the likelihood of raining during the Vietnam War, as a means to sabotage North Vietnam’s vehicles and weapons.
They manage to do that with the help of an airplane that released small particles into the air, causing the water vapor to condense and transform into precipitation. If you ask me, this is quite scary, after all, if the US government has done this operation in the past, it’s likely going to do it again.
