Another essential thing that would change our world consists in “making life multi-planetary and making consciousness multi-planetary,” according to Elon Musk. Additionally, Musk mentioned that the lecture that made him create his SpaceX aerospace company was the seven-book “Foundation” science fiction series written by scientist and author Isaac Asimov.
SpaceX launched on May 30th two NASA astronauts into orbit for the first time in history. Besides being a breakthrough for human spaceflight, it also brought Elon Musk one step closer to achieving his dream.

Sustainable energy
Even from a very young age, Elon Musk felt obligated to do something for mankind and save our planet. Therefore, he always wanted to create clean energy technology because he believed it could change the future.
According to Musk, “Sustainability, actually, was something that I thought was important before the environmental implications became as obvious as they are.” Mining and burning hydrocarbons such as oil and coal will eventually lead to running out, but if you mine metals, running out is no longer an option, he explained on the podcast.
