The United States still has a long way to go to earn top marks from environmental specialists, however, a couple of smart initiatives can have a major effect.
According to the 2018 Environmental Performance Index (EPI), which ranks 180 countries per year in terms of how proactive they are in prioritizing the protection of the environment and ecosystem sustainability, the United States stands at number 27 with an EPI of 71.19 out of 100. Things being what they are, what do the other 26 nations in front of us do that we are most certainly not?
