What will make this variant go away?
The answer remains the same: an increasing population immunity will be based on either infection with the virus or the vaccine. These two should give the Delta variant lesser opportunities to spread and infect people. But besides all that, there is something to be added: human behavior.
As we’ve seen so many times so far, when cases are starting to climb, people are starting to think twice about whether to go to that party or not. Also, CDC renewed the recommendation of wearing masks in public.
The decline of the virus will come gradually, and as we all know, before it fully goes away, it will get worse. But this time, we shouldn’t panic, because we’ve already started to adjust to the pandemic.

Close the border period, we are not serious about covid till this happens, sadly it’s political.

I still need someone to explain to me how a healthy 74 yr old ex military man who was
vaccinated managed to get CoVid19 and 6 days later died. This is my husband’s story

My husband & I had it & almost didn’t know it. He had a little cough for 3 days & I lost my taste & smell. That was it. Just a lot of scare tactics.
