People in their 20s will be the last to get vaccinated.

According to Fauci, if you’re in your 20s, you’re healthy and you don’t suffer from any serious disease, your vaccination can wait a little longer. Therefore, 20 or 30-year-old individuals who don’t have any underlying conditions, shouldn’t expect a vaccine in 2020, but they won’t have to wait much longer either.

Most Americans are expected to get vaccinated by mid-2021.

The vaccination process will start with the people most at risk as I’ve previously mentioned, and after they will be all covered, the vast majority of healthy people will also get their chance for the vaccination, Fauci has stated.

Nevertheless, Fauci has mentioned that things can change and this prediction isn’t guaranteed, but there is good news and things seem very promising at the moment. Therefore, if everything goes as planned, the first months of 2021 will be reserved for vaccinating the ‘high risk’ categories.

Moreover, the second quarter of 2021 is expected to be designated for vaccinating ‘the general population’ so, in just a few months, most of the American citizen will be vaccinated.
