Although the coronavirus cases will be mild for children, they can still get pneumonia and suffer from other complications.

In Florida, about 90% of seniors are vaccinated today, but not children. CDC reports are showing how just over 30% of children aged 12 to 17 years old have had their shots.

Mississippi has a lower rate of just 12%. As Dr Jennifer Bryan from the Mississippi State Medical Association says, at this stage of the pandemic, you can either get vaccinated or get infected. There’s no in-between.
